I have to shout this place out. I provided services at a wedding whose caterer was affected by severe storms and sadly unable to provide food. Prairie Fire Grill stepped in with a few hours notice and saved the day by providing a nearly-identical menu. Not only were all 100+ guests fed with seconds to offer, the food provided was genuinely some of the best tasting I've ever had at a wedding. Juicy chicken, tender sirloin and flavorful sides. Getting to work with people like this are why I love this industry. If you are looking for a catering option for your celebration, PLEASE give Prairie Fire your earnest consideration!

They have several craft beer choices. They also have a nice selection of bourbons. I had the chicken wings with sirracha bourbon sauce. They were AWESOME. Their pizza is also very good.
